Ingredients
- 12 to 13 lady’s finger (bhindi/ okra)
- 1 big onion
- 2 green chilly cut lengthwise
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
Clean the lady’s finger and wipe it thoroughly. Cut them lengthwise to 3 inches long. Cut the onions similarly.
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the onion till it becomes translucent. Add the lady’s finger, chilly, salt and fry till the lady’s finger go tender. Do not fry it too much. The lady’s finger should remain soft and tender.
