Ingredients:
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup cabbage
1/4 cup cauliflower/ green peas (optional)
1 clove of garlic(all above ingredients to be cut lengthwise by 2 inches )
1 pinch saunf
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
For seasoning:
1 tbsp oil
Few curry Patha
1 red chilly
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 cup grated coconut
Method:
Mix all the vegetables with chilly powder, turmeric powder. Coriander powder, garam masala garlic, saunf, salt. Pour adequate water and cook well.
For seasoning:
Heat a Kadai and pour oil. Add 1 whole red chilly, mustard. When the mustard splutters add curry leaves.
Add grated coconut and fry till the coconut turns light brown.
Add the cooked vegetables and mix well. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
