Ingredients
  1. 1 big half ripped mango cut into medium size cubes
  2. Half cup onions cut lengthwise
  3. 4 green chilly cut lengthwise
  4. 1 tsp chilly powder
  5. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  6. Half cup thick coconut milk
  7. Salt to taste

For seasoning
  1. 1 tbsp oil
  2. 1 tsp mustard
  3. 2 whole red chilly
  4. Few curry leaves
Cuisine: Cooking time: 30 mins Serving: 2 people

Method :

1. Cook the mango pieces and onion in one cup water along with chilly powder, green chilly and salt.
2. Once it cooks well, add thick coconut milk and jeera powder. Simmer for a minute.
3. Meanwhile, heat the kadai and pour oil. Cut the red chilly into 2 pieces and slide it into the oil. Add mustard. Once it splutters, add few curry leaves and then pour it into the above curry. Switch off the flame.
4. It’s a quick simple curry for unripe mango lovers.
