Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/2 cup shredded green capsicum

  • 1/2 cup carrot

  • Steamed corn (optional)

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate

  • 1 green chilly cut into small pieces

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp salad dressing

  • 1 cup curd

  • Salt to taste

  • Cuisine: Cooking time: 15 mins Serving: 4 people

    Method

    Steam the vegetables except pomegranate in the microwave for 1 minute.
    Add pepper powder, green chilly, salt, salad dressing and mix well.
    Add pomegranate. Add the curd.

    This raita can be served cold too.
